On this challenging project, CMI designed and installed a custom hybrid curtain wall / window wall system to meet the architect’s vision of creating a faceted, angled, and sloped façade. The tower wall system bypasses 2 floors of slab then ties into a head receptor fastened to the bottom of the slab above. Outboard of the head receptor sits a metal soffit system designed to be installed from the inside of the building. CMI’s scope included the full exterior wall on the North and West elevations from the ground floor storefront and main entrance to the top of house screen wall.
